Tremr is a free, browser-based earthquake monitoring tool that displays real-time seismic data sourced from the USGS Earthquake Hazards Program. It is provided for informational purposes only.
Tremr is not intended for use in emergency situations, safety-critical decisions, or disaster response. Earthquake data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Do not rely on Tremr to make decisions affecting life, safety, or property. Always follow official guidance from local emergency services and authoritative sources.
All earthquake data is sourced directly from the USGS and is subject to their data quality and availability. Logic & Loom Studio makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data displayed on Tremr.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logic & Loom Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any data provided through it.
Tremr integrates third-party services including USGS, Google Fonts, Leaflet.js, OpenStreetMap, and Google AdSense. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party service.
The Tremr name, logo, design, and code are the property of Logic & Loom Studio. Earthquake data is provided by USGS under their open data terms. You may not reproduce or redistribute Tremr's design or code without permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
